RCAO Privacy Policy

At Rahway Community Action Organization ("RCAO" "us," "we," or "our"), we recognize and respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our community members to better serve them and our partners in New Jersey. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect from and about you when you visit our websites, www.rahwaycao.org ("Site"). This Privacy Policy also explains how RCAO may use and disclose such information, as well as your ability to control certain uses of it.

 

What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog or websites?

RCAO primarily collects contact information on its Site to enable our community to communicate directly with us. Specifically this contact information we collect includes name, phone number and email address. We may also offer to collect information from you when you register on our Site, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, or otherwise enter information on our Site.

 

Do we collect information from children under the age of 13?

No. RCAO does not knowingly collect or seek to collect through its sites and services personal information from minors.
